Linda D'Amboise - Financial Adviser

I'm the gal behind the front counter so likely the first person you'll meet on arrival at North West Yamaha. If you need a part, an accessory or apparel - I'll help you with the right service at the right time at the right price! If we don't have what you want on hand - I'll find it! Also, if you need a machine serviced or repaired, I'll schedule an appointment for you. I'll be smiling when you arrive and if I do my job right you'll be smiling when you leave!

Paul Cote - Sales representative

Since I was six years old, I've driven motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles of all kinds.  As sales representative my goal is to satisfy our customers; whether to purchase a part, a machine or to obtain a repair.  I like to serve our customers as I myself like being served elsewhere: honestly and professionally. Eventually, I'd like to own my own Yamaha dealership and, one day perhaps, travel to Japan to visit the factories where Yamaha produces such magnificent machines!

Roland Francoeur - Technician

I come from a family of mechanics.  I was only 13 years old when I started repairing small engines under the watchful eyes of my father and brothers.  After High School, I went to work as a car mechanic, but soon moved over to the local Yamaha dealership where I have remained for the past 28 years.  I enjoy the challenge of maintaining recreational machines and, assisted by regular training, can fix just about any make, model or type of motor or machine.  My passion, however, remains Yamaha.  Bring me a difficult repair - I'll find a solution for you!
